CREMATION SERVICE

We also provide cremation services thanks to the valuable collaboration of the Tempio Crematorio Lombardo in Albosaggia (SO). The Tempio Crematorio can also cremate mortal remains, skeletal remains, anatomical parts, fetuses, and products of conception.

SUCCESSIONS & POST-MORTEM CARE

Regarding funeral services, exempt under Article 10 of Presidential Decree 633/72, it is important to note that regardless of the degree of kinship, those who pay this type of expense are eligible for a 19% Irpef deduction, up to a maximum of €1,550.00 in the relevant year.

AMBULANCE SERVICE

We would like to inform you that the Società Cooperativa Soccorso Livigno is a company in Alta Valtellina that operates in the patient transport and ambulance sector. Funeral services in the Lombardy region were recently amended by Regional Law 4 March 2019, Article 74, which specifically states in point 6 that funeral services are incompatible with ambulance and patient transport services (d). In addition to the law explicitly prohibiting it, we have decided NOT to provide an internal ambulance service, also for reasons of professional ethics and respect for those working in the sector.
